Join Our Award-Winning Team at Good Oaks Homecare Mid-Sussex, as a Client experience Manager to lead and grow our service in Mid-Sussex that value and rewards the caring people who work with us! This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home care.
This role is currently a 90% service-based role, you would be expected to cover care calls as required.
What will you do?
- Working closely with the Franchise Owner to coordinate the development of high-quality visiting care and live-in care services in the local area
- Undertaking client consultations, care assessments, care planning and onboarding new clients
- Managing any feedback and complaints ensure that we are focused on improving our service
- Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care
- Daily troubleshooting and problem solving, taking part on the on-call rotation
- Assisting in the training and induction of new team members
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Facilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable service
- Undertake care visits including being available evening and weekends if needed

- You’re a strong communicator with all types of people and ability to remain positive
- You are IT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planning
- You’re highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high
- You are growth focused and support continued development of yourself and the team
- You are dedicated with high energy levels
