We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our brilliant team in Epsom and Reigate. This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care. The role involves organising schedules based on clients' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home care throughout Epsom, Banstead, Redhill, and Reigate.
This role is currently a 90% service based role, you would be expected to cover Care Calls as required.
What will you do?
· Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care
· Daily troubleshooting, which includes managing staff illnesses or absence, allocating extra calls, and cancelling care calls when necessary
· Assisting in the training and induction of new team members
· Undertake regular care visits including being available evening and weekends
· Facilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable service
