HOSPITALITY AND RETAIL WORKERS - Now is an incredibly difficult time for the country, and your sector in particular. It is worrying for people’s health, both physical and financial.

If you are facing reducing hours, unpaid leave or redundancy, consider joining our Fast Track Emergency Response Team.

This team would be providing meals, medications and help with washing and dressing to people in their own homes.

It’s different from your current jobs, but your backgrounds are all about customer service and looking after people, which is essentially what care is. Full, free training is provided and there’s lots of support.

This is a temporary home care team aimed at providing extra caring capacity, supporting our permanent care team as the situation evolves, as well as providing much needed income to people in the local community.

It is our way of fighting back against this virus, looking after the most vulnerable in society and providing peace of mind for families across the UK.

Once we’ve worked our way through this virus, the Emergency Response Team will be invited to join our permanent care team, or welcome to go back to their old jobs keeping our wonderful bars, pubs, hotels, clubs and shops as fun and vibrant as they always have been.

We have a wide variety of shift patterns available. Our morning shifts generally start from 7am, and go through to either 11am or 2pm, and our afternoons/evenings start from 2pm to 6pm, and finish at 10pm. We do ask everyone to work their usual work pattern every second weekend.
