We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our brilliant team in Milton Keynes. This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care. The role involves organising schedules based on clients’ requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families and professionals.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home care throughout Milton Keynes.
You will be expected to cover care calls as required & will be expected to participate in the on-call rota (an additional payment will be provided for on-call duties in addition to usual salary.
What will you do?
Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care
Undertaking regular care visits, including being available evenings and weekends when needed
Daily troubleshooting and problem-solving
Managing staff absence, allocating extra calls, and cancelling care calls when necessary
Assisting in the training and induction of new team members
Helping GoodOaks provide a continuous and reliable service
Who are you?
You’re a highly organised and efficient coordinator with a people-focused approach
You’re a strong communicator with all types of people, and able to remain positive
You’re IT-confident, enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planning
You’re highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high
You’re growth-focused, and support the continued development of yourself and the team
You’re dedicated, with high energy levels
You’re willing to undertake a DBS check to work with vulnerable adults
What do we offer?
40 hours per week
Up to £33,280 base salary dependent on experience
Additional payment for on-call duties
