We’re looking for a **Care Professional (part time or full time)** to join our brilliant team in **Dorchester & Weymouth** , providing quality visiting care to people in their own homes. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives — with enough time to truly go the extra mile.

We offer **flexible contracts** , paid mileage, and real career progression — including funded diplomas and Team Leader roles we fill exclusively from within.

**_No experience required — we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one._**

**What Will You Do?**

• Provide companionship and genuine, meaningful conversation

• Help with daily household tasks and activities

• Carry out light housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing

• Assist with meal preparation and cooking

• Run errands such as grocery shopping or collecting prescriptions

• Support with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming (if required)

• Monitor medication schedules and remind clients when needed (if required)

• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required)

**Who Are You?**

• A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion

• An excellent communicator with great people skills

• Organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively

• Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations

• Physically able to support clients with household and personal care tasks

• A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work

• Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us)
