GoodOaks Epsom & Reigate is currently seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our growing home care business. The Field Care Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by assisting the Registered Manager with community assessments, supervisions, and reviews.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth

providing superior home care throughout North Surrey. Initially, the role will involve completing some Care Visits, but as our service expands, it will gradually transition into a Care Coordinator position.

Key responsibilities of the Care Coordinator include:

• Producing weekly rotas
• Assisting the Registered Manager with daily troubleshooting, including
  managing staff illnesses or absences, reallocating calls, and, when
  necessary, canceling care visits.
• Supporting the Registered Manager with care scheduling to maintain adequate capacity for continuous care provision.
• Effective communication with clients and care professionals
• Fostering a positive team morale
• Assisting with the recruitment, induction, and training of care professionals and other team members.
• Contributing to the growth of the company and taking on additional clients
• Facilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable service
