We’re looking for a Live In Care Professional to join our brilliant team in Horsham and Crawley to provide quality care to people in their homes. As a GoodOaks carer, you’d make a huge difference to the quality of our clients’ lives, having enough time to go the extra mile.

What will you do?

• Provide compassionate and personalised care to individuals in need at their own home.

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

• Administer medications as per the chart.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation and laundry.

• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience in caregiving or a related field

• Strong communicator and the ability to build rapport with clients, their family and friends

• Compassionate and patient nature.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

• Ideally you have a valid driver's license and car (for running errands) but it’s not essential.

• You already have the right to work in the UK and don’t require sponsorship.

What do we offer?

• Full time (12 hour shifts) with regular days off

• Competitive rates of pay from £700 per week & company pension

• Travel expenses provided up to £60 per return journey for placements

• Optional On-Call System paying £250 per week on your week off

• Paid DBS check if required
