Client Liaison and Partnerships Lead

We’re looking for a full-time Client Liaison and Partnerships Lead to join our team based in Branksome, covering the Bournemouth and Poole area, playing a vital role in driving the growth of our live-in and visiting care services while ensuring outstanding care standards.
What will you do?
- Growing our client base by actively increasing awareness of GoodOaks locally
- Actively building relationships with referrers and other healthcare providers
- Guiding clients seamlessly through their care journey; from initial enquiry, to creating personalised care plans and conducting a thorough review during their first month of support.
- Managing the enquiry database, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
- Partnering with families, professionals and the team to provide a high-quality experience for our clients.
- Assisting the Registered Manager in maintaining CQC compliance, following safeguarding protocols, and conducting risk assessments.
- Helping with On Call duties on a rota basis.
- Supporting our recruitment team to maintain a pipeline of skilled carers.
- Supporting the care team and stepping in to cover care visits in emergencies.
Who are you?
- You will be proactive with a caring nature and thrive on building great connections.
- You have previous management or team leader experience in a care setting, ideally domiciliary care is ideal.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills especially on email and the phone.
- You have proven leadership skills and are very organised, even when it’s busy
- A genuine passion for enhancing clients’ wellbeing and taking pride in providing superb care to all
- You’re good at timekeeping, managing your workload and are able to work collaboratively.
- You’re ideally qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 is desirable).
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle is needed due to the needs of the role.

- Basic salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum
