GoodOaks are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our great team in Southmapton. Our Care Coordinators ensure our clients receive quality care, including organising rotas based on clients’ requested call times and carer availability, communicating with staff, clients, families, and professionals.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with our growing business offering superior homecare throughout the greater Southampton area. The role will be based at our office but travel throughout the territory will be required. The role will initially also involve completing care calls but will become more office based as our service grows.
What will you do?
- Producing weekly rotas and team liaison
- Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
- Managing care scheduling and client contact
- Keep morale high within your team
- To help the training and induction of new starters
- Help the company grow and take on extra clients
- Cover care visits to allow GoodOaks to provide a continuous and reliable service
Who are you?
• You’re a highly organised and efficient co-ordinator with a people focused approach
• You’re a strong communicator with all types of people and ability to remain positive
• You are IT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planning
• You’re highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high
• You are growth focused and support continued development of yourself and the team
• You are dedicated with high energy levels
What do we offer?
• 40 hours per week
• £24-27k annual salary and annual length of service bonus
• 23 Holiday days offered
• Mileage covered between any client visits
